I disagree, the only thing that I stole from TES is the race itself, I only stole the lore that fitted around the story that I had created for them. It was a case of original ideas being embellished with TES lore. I suppose I could've had catmen and named them something else but then I'd have been accused of stealing the race without even admitting it.
