What happend to my safebox?

Today I was alarmed to see that when I logged on to my stalker char in game that my safebox had been completely emptied and all my rubles taken if anyone has any info on how this could've happend or how I could get a refund of some type(I have a excel spreadsheet of all my ins-and outs for my box since I started the server) please post I need the help.

You lost everything in your safebox? And it was an actual safebox, not some temporary holding safebox?

I've heard of the glitch, but never experienced it yet.

Refunds are hard to get, but if you have proof of having items one moment, then it all suddenly gone, it would help.

I think there is a issue with a item, i went through the items last night and found one or two with conflicts\issues. So it might sort it out otherwise theres nothing i can do.

Tony (Pac Man) says : Do not ever trust safe box! All the advice I can offer.
I put everything in my inventory before I d/c on all my charecters, takes out the chance of it happening.

Normally when I change my characters physical description it gets wiped, my character has his suit taken off and his safebox stolen from. Every last item from the box disappears and I feel violated due to the fact I suddenly have no suit on.

Just a quick note: I don't know if this has happened to me on FORP, as I haven't even bothered to try it due to the large amount of items I have in my safebox.

Maybe it matters that most of my characters are really old, created months ago.
