@Turkey (because the quoting system on these boards sucks): No. We outnumber everyone as it is and that was when I was trying as hard as I could to keep numbers low. When activity picks up I might reopen the apps but the Enclave are supposed to be secretive and small so that is unlikely to happen in the foreseeable future.

@Ragolution: No. Capture them and integrate them in the BoS yourself or find some other way.
