What would you do if you saw that happening too?
I'd do nothing, and then feel bad about it later.
I'd do nothing.
Then I'd go home and tell someone, something would happen, and then after a week no one would mention it from then on.
That would justify not intervening, but in truth it probably only've got them a detention did nothing.
