I'm going to take it all with a grain of salt until GSC says otherwise, or something is positivly done to prove it. FOr all we know they're laughing their asses off, and deleted the twitter post to keep rumours going for their enjoyment. The website is still live, ten hours ago they posted a new poll for the game, and there's yet to be any real shut down. All this information is coming from people who claim to be good friends with employees, but arn't actually tied to the company itself.

And is concept art a tell-tale of a company closing? When did concept art move from being teasers for the players to the death note of a company?

In case there was any doubt, the CEO made it clear about an hour or two ago that the company has shut down.

Ok guys, as posted on the OFFICIAL GSC twitter, an official statement will be made on Monday. All we can do is wait now.

Shame they won't be coming to console...
