Not really.
Not much happens at HGN to need one.
Yeah, I'd still like to see how the server is doing well im gone. Meh.
You could look for a server tracker app instead.
Like they have for these websites, maybe they have a mobile application also.

HGN already has it's own Mobile website version... Such as, You view HGN from a more shitty phone or something, The website is shortened down a bit and some of the colors are gone, SO you are able to view the website, but at the bottom of the page in mobile website you can hit 'Full view'. I appreciated having this while I was gone on a vacation a couple o' times.
Could be arranged i guess, i have a developer account on the android market to upload stuff and i have done a few basic applications.
Would love anything thing to do while bored in school.......
