Chairman Khior Vol has spent his life in the pursuit of knowledge, particularly knowledge of Magic.


Now, he feels it is time to gather other peers of magic to pass their teachings on the the next generation, so that they may preserve and practice the works of their elders.


The Trihand Arcanum is where the teachings of these magics take place.

No requirements, but if found using magic for malevolent purposes, expulsion is imminent.
