Ice Barrier-A sphere of ice appears around the target, stopping all arrows and some magic spells used against it. The barrier cannot be moved, only dispersed.
Ice Wall-Rukino summons a wall of ice, then protrudes a flurry of ice spikes from the wall. One of Rukino's strongest attacks.

Backstory: Rukino comes from a large family of his kind, who live scattered across the globe. His cousin is Kain Sandin(Now lives far away), and his brother is Renzo Aravaras. Kain "recommended" him to Caphori when he was looking for a place to live.

Strengths: Resistance to Cold, being a strategist, Stronger against Electric-sided enemies.

Weaknesses:Fire-sided enemies, being too far away from the Show which he's claimed and tied to himself(In extreme cases: Fainting, Decreased thought process, Quick to Attack, Easily Aggravated), Hellstone. Has a tendancy to jump to conclusions and arrive at the easiest outcome and solution. Is very protective of his land.
Pretty sure Fire melts ice.
And Ice doesn't conduct electricity.

And I ran the largest faction, which died quickly because some admins decided not to tend to some relatively important issues regarding it.
While I do not agree with wolfie on many accounts (as 80% of our characters playing actively do not have profiles -and- cliche is an inapplicable and invalid term as we've existed long enough as a species that everything that can been done in fantasy already has- anything else ends up becoming something like the fevered dream of an LSD assbaby), the argument that

Is actually really fucking stupid. If you're going to make a claim like that, back it up with general knowledge (That we can use OOCly to avoid going 'oh, its just cold', or 'no, it should do this') of how it behaves and reacts scientifically to the environment and interaction, and give it a different name- because if he isn't using "Normal" Ice, he's not using Ice period, and you can't expect us to know how it will affect our characters or yours.

Not exactly you, but eh. It was just how the whole area got wrecked up and nobody bothered to help, the auth requests for another buildng were always completely ignored, and so on. But that's not horribly important, so no need to get into it.
As for the "God with Amnesia" issue, there were several players I know that had it going on, not going into a PA about it. Point being, the fact is that half of the characters on your server are completely nonsensical and extremely OP, not everyone needs to be a flying demon whose also a Orc. Just saying.
Well I will agree that their is a large amount of gods/deities/magical beings of OPness running around. I believe it is the reason Steven said to me once "Tom if you come on you should make an inquisition"
One that i know of is completely unkillable unless his villain character is killed apparently.

He gave it away to me IC, since IC, we were best friends. It's a normal halberd, and I got it from James, who would never give me a Cobalt Naginata, despite giving me a full Cobalt auth. Also, pretty sure OP=Immortal, so...yeah. Though he did get reanimated, he's weak and has barely any weaponry to talk about. And Xeno has stopped using him, forever I think. Or there was another reason. The point is;

Rukino=Not OP
Everyone else=Prolly OP.
