I deleted all of mine... I am not a mod damnit. (Only 4 people)
I'm changing the system, saves a load of crap if we just send them the password when they are accepted. Not even 100% sure why we had that system implemented before.
What happens when the password is changed? You send out a PM to every single person who has been accepted so far? Or are you keeping the system of they PM you for the password when its changed?

Sadly there is (pretty much) no way to track down every single person who is on this server who has been accepted and is still active without a lot of work with little reward when we can use the current system. This means that whenever there is a change in password people must ask a moderator for it, this means that I am going to change it in the rules so that it is required for people to only PM either myself, James or Sxasxuxkxe so that all of you people who are connected to Caphori but are not specifically moderators for it don't get swamped down with PMs.
Write down who was approved. Solved.
When you approve someone, and first send them the password, send them a list of Terraria admins as well that they can PM when the password is changed. Problem solved.

How about a consistently updated roster?
People obviously don't check the admin roster, if they did we wouldn't be having this problem.

Please make people join a terraria group in our social groups feature.

By list, I meant a substantial list. I hardly consider three mods a list. ( Most of the other names on that list I've never even seen in game, nor have I seen any forums posts that have any current relevance.)
Even then, those three mods are hardly active as of late.
Aside from all that, I agree with the stuff you say.
so if they arent active, who do I pm for password? o.o could someone please check up on my brewery for me, I am getting anxious as to its state. Are there any holes in it?
Hardly active. But we at least know they still exist.
