guys this is not a vote yet just a nomination and at midnight tonight it will turn into an election. also hex what your thinking of is not called a keeper when it's on a council it's a clerk and the council members vote on all matters so special roles also anyone can be voted out by the people at any time. this is so that if someone is corrupt then they can be taken out of the equation. also the chairmen is chosen by the council and the chairmens job is keep order among the council. basically i am making like any city council America, only instead of a mayor to keep order and break ties it's a chairmen.

-I also organized the first event for the new server.
-Oh yeah, and there's the thing about making the first council on Caphori.

there are no roles other than chairmen and the chairmen is elected by the council.

I nominate rukino (in charge of a whole biome XD), zubael (good judgement and has visions for future caphori), Hex (doing a damn fine job at being a god XD), Barus (Has contributed to several projects of mine such as the brewery. Also let it be known that I give sanji credit for helping with the brewery too).

I think I lost out on this one XD just haven't been on enough lately, and I will be busy with the snow biome...But you better be a damn good chairman, Zub! I'm counting on it, you hear?

well the election is over and now a chair men is decided. the chair men is chosen by the council and the chairmen has to be one of the people who were nominated and then either new election between me and meastro or i am just part of the council.

You can't really give your position away. That would defeat the point of a voted in council. If you leave and I'm voted in then I'll take your spot. Otherwise nope.
