Due to me finally being tired of having to clean up some griefers attempt at having fun by ruining landscapes and buildings; I'm finally considering a building/mining permission.

Just a flat permission? Or a class-like system that's been brought up before, with Miners only being able to mine?

flat permission. it'll be a group like the default group, just with the build/mine authority. (will remove default permissions for build/mine)
