HGN has a LOT of RP servers, almost all are good, fun, and they all also have something else in common: A small, dying player base. This isn't good. A good way to stop all of the servers from slowly dying is to just focus on ONE or TWO at very most at a time, and then if they become super successful, start up another. Makes sense? I want to know what other people think of my idea.
Also, try not to shoo away new players so much, they're the server's future. I see too much people like bandits and bloodsuckers attacking new players, making them think the server's no fun and not returning. Try to make it fun for new players, even if they can't RP too well, you can try to teach them. I do this as much as I can, even though everyone else does the exact opposite.
And don't try to deny that the servers are dying. The most on average I've seen on S.T.A.L.K.E.R. recently is about 15/45. Military, Ecologists, and DUTY are all dead, too.
The average 15 is always on SRP, ALWAYS.
We need FORP for new playerbase, it helps us but hurts us in a way too.
