Well quite frankly I start my gmod and it begins to load then it crashes. No error messages.
Tried deleting the cache, tried defraging, reinstalled, tried running it. Didn't work.
Anyone know what's this about?
Have you changed your screen resolution at all? I have a laptop that I occasionally hook up to an external monitor. My laptop's native res is 1600X900 and the external monitor doesn't support that so if I try to run Gmod I get a similar error. The way you fix it is by manually setting the resolution with the -width and -height commands in the "Properties" tab.
If that's not it then...I don't know.
My PC uses 1400x900 which is supported.
EDIT: As usual, Garry broke something. Now he fixed it.
Be more specific by the crash. Does it just close out? Does it just go black? Does it go 'EEEEEEE' or anything.
I had that too, reinstalled gmod, bam fixed.
