As of now, considering the habit our server has of spawn-TP'ing you, all players may request a magic mirror from any mod. Magic Mirrors are now officially an OOC item, unless your only character power IS to teleport. The rules have been altered to reflect this.
ALSO:
To apply for a character power, make a thread (In the character profiles section) with your character name (if you haven't already) and detail your request in said thread. I or someone else will evaluate it, discuss it with others, etc.
