Granted, a new server is created:

DarkRP - xXx MW ARP xXx - l33tMTG420noscopeXXX24/7

It constantly has 64/64 slots full and no one who uses the HGN forum can stay successfully connected for more than four minutes.
The forums are suddenly filled with people complaining about the server always being full and the occasional person posting positive feedback about the server and saying how fun it is. The complaining people complain more often than Caphori people ask about the password and their threads are little more than "WTF YOUR SERVER IS TRASH I CAN'T LOG ON THE SLOTS ARE FULL UPGRADE YOUR SERVER YOU FAGGOTS" Every time Silver tries to add more slots to the server, something goes wrong with the hosting company and he is forced to find a new host. The new host always offers the same rate for the same amount of slots.
