There is now a random building between the city(blue rock) and the shanty town/cave(Angrons Point). It completly blocks the whole passage. It wasnt even RPed in. It was just popped there. Some guy just put it there. I was frustrated to see this.

Edit: No seriously, it's part of an event. It was done to block off the area on purpose. It's not a static prop. Chill. It'll go away.
