First of all, I wrote this book just to be able to follow a code,  a true and just law book. This is what all the officers of Wesson will be ordered to follow under any circumstance. If you find anything that needs to be included please tell me, Shrapnel.

Murder is a terrible act. Taking someone's life should be put into consideration, they could have a family, friends, of a lover. This is why I think that an eye for an eye is a good philosophy.

SCENARIO ONE: Man A kills man B for stealing, man A is punished by death.
SCENARIO TWO: Man A kills man B who is threatening to kill a regular citizen is punished by house arrest for a day. (OOCly put in the barracks for 30 minutes.)
SCENARIO THREE: Man A kills man B who shoots at man A for no reason. Man A is not punished at all.
SCENARIO FOUR: Man A kills man B who kills man C for no reason. Man A is rewarded.
SCENARIO FIVE: Man A kills man B who needs assistance with suicide. Man A is forgiven.

Please if there are more scenario's you can think of that would be worth added, please tell me, Shrapnel.

Assault
If you dismember someone's limb or digits, they can pick the punishment.
If you shoot someone, you lose your gun and you pay for their medical.
If you punch someone you lose your gun and are beaten.

Harassment
Harassment causing suicide punishable by death.
If an officer hears insults they can beat the insulter.
If an officer hears a threat they can pulls each person and investigate the situation, then solve it, verbally or by force.

Public Enemies

How to qualify to be a public enemy.
1. Threaten town.
2. Threaten government worker.
3. Mug a citizen
4. Kill anyone in the vacinity of Wesson without authorization from the Sheriff.

1. Threaten someone.
2. Mug someone.
3. Kill someone.
Must be seen by a Lawbringer.
What happens if you ARE a public enemy
1. You may be hunted by Lawbringers.
2. You are not allowed in the town.
3. Must pay a fine to remove your public enemy status. Payable to the Sheriff and the Sheriff only.

1. You are not allowed to go into the Sheriff's office or Mayor's without authorization, unless you are an officer or an advisor.
2. You are not allowed to hold a gun out unless the town is under attack or you are an officer.
3. Mayors cannot changes some laws, and must go through the Sheriff first.

MAYOR can warrant people's death or arrest.
MAYOR cannot have a gun out in public.
MAYOR cannot kill anyone, unless in grave danger.
MAYOR cannot put in laws without consulting the sheriff.

SHERIFFS can warrant people's death or arrest.
SHERIFFS can have a gun out in public
SHERIFFS can kill anyone, aslong as there is a hint of reason.
SHERIFFS can put in a law, but should always ask the mayor first.

LAWBRINGERS can do whatever it takes to uphold justice and law.
LAWBRINGERS can have a gun out in public, and whoever says to put it down can just talk to the SHERIFF if they have a problem.
LAWBRINGERS can kill anyone at anytime aslong as they've commited the pettiest crime.
LAWBRINGERS can order around anyone except the MAYOR and SHERIFF aslong as it is for justice.
LAWBRINGERS can be killed (PK) if there is any proof of corruptivity.

OFFICERS must follow to Code of Justice.
OFFICERS must bring all weapons confiscated to the SHERIFF
OFFICERS must stay in Wesson unless there is great reason to leave, or have gotten permission.
