Vault Settingish thing

I was thnking, maybe we could have the vault start like how vault 101 ended, with it being opened to the outside, or the water chip failing? Post Feedback.

Possibly like a start point for Characters. To start there Backstory's and Characters, unless they are already flagged as Brotherhood of Outcast or anything besides Vault Dweller.

Afro, If you believe, you will acheive, and the Roleplay will succede.... But seriously, I think it would be a way to have a vault, and bypass the whole "Overseer" thing.

I think the vault should have it's own little RP that's locked away, until events force it to be opened.
