Few notes before I start writing:
-Yes, this faction is based off of the faction Vistas in fallen earth so just to keep this in fallout canon it might sound alittle bit water downed.
-If it cuts off at the end just wait a few minutes because sometimes my crap of a computer likes to post mid sentence.
-Sorry if this is as bad of a faction idea as The Freelancers back at Stalker rp, ever since a month of fallout newvegas rp I honestly can't rp as good as I used to.

The Vistas
History
The Vistas,
Started by a group of farmers,hippies,and green scientists before the war as a bunch of activists against technology harming the earth before the fall. Once the fall happened what ever was left of the activist group left their shelter and regrouped. They held a meeting at came to a conclusion to start a community up and then perserve and protect the enviorment. Once they finished there meeting they began to trek East to find a good place to set up however, they aren't going to just set up shop anywhere. They planned out that they are going to have to search for a untouched water source because water is one of the biggest essential in life. Using the green scientists they began searching for land that looked like it contains water underneath it. After many holes dug later they finnaly find on there last attempt a water source. It was like striking gold. They quickly build a well and then begin to build.
After long, hot summers in what is guessed to be either Colorado or Kansas they finnaly get a running community with all the esentials (ie:Food,clean water,hearth,etc.) centered around the well. After the Community was built the people needed a leader, someone who can lead the Vistas through rough times. They pick Rick O'Brien. Rick O'Brien was the one who suggested what the group should do and where they should start their community up so the people knew that he can lead the Vistas well.
The Vistas have been long at war with the Techs because of ideaology. The techs belive that technology will get us through the fall but the Vistas belive that technology is what caused the fall. Vistas always raid a Tech's field lab when they have the chance. And have had full out wars with each other over Hooverdam.

Present
The Vistas are still fighting the techs however were able to push the techs bases back to Utah so they aren't under fire much anymore which gives the Vistas a good opportunity to expand eastward where word is that there is greener grass than the barren desert in colorado however, another rumor is that the east common wealth is infested with alot of raiders and blood thirsty people worse than the people in Colorado which means a bunch of citizens won't do any good. So the Vistas choose the second in command Vista Militia man Vic Zanik to lead an expedition to the east with a few men with him.

A Vistas main belief is that Technology is what got us in the nuclear apocalypse and that we should be perserving and protecting the enviroment.
The vistas goals that need to be done in order to have the east common wealth secured for more Vistas from Colorado can come. (they don't have to be done in order)
1. Find a good spot with arable land.
2. Build a common house to house the Vistas.
3. Start growing food and raising Brahmin.
4. Build a townhouse.
5.Build a trading post and assign the Quartermaster to manage it.
6. Make interaction and peace offering with the surronding factions and wastelanders. Give a good name for the Vistas.
