I might donate a second time, but for FORP this time. I read that you can be a feral ghoul and others. But I cannot find a rules for any of them. So if an admin, or anyone else, help me find the mutant rules. Or if there are none, could an admin make some, and possibly make a mutant moderater like ThY. Thanks.
