We're considering to put an promotional thread for our Fallout RP on Facepunch.
This means we will need, some promotional text, a possible promotion video, fancy images
and maybe some ingame screenshots.
I'm currently busy with it and I'm looking for a few people who are willing to help regarding the text, video's and maybe some screenshots.
You can post here or contact me on SF.
Suggestions/ideas are welcome of course.
If people can get some writing done, get some cool images and maybe a video then i'll put them all into a steaming hot thread and post it up on facepunch! Please only post here if you're contributing ideas/material.

Use some of the screenshots from my dev thread.
In-game roleplay screenshots, screenshots showing the unique features and such are a must too.
I can get some nice footage with fraps and maybe splice together a nice 'trailer' of Frp seeing as I'm nearly on half-term.

Really, I'm going to help.
We will need to start to make a few pictures of RP in the server.
Bielecki is willing to help with making an clip.
I can write and I can take screenshots.
Writing is OBVIOUSLY my golden skill, but I've got the cameraman's eye.
Expect a lot of BoS shots from me, though, obviously.

I also got my hands on Sony Vegas 10 lately. I own Fraps too. My computer is epic powerful. I've worked on Machinimas before. I've also done a load of voice acting and storyline development for a flight sim community I'm part of (I'm the creator of the 'Wolf Pack' campaign for Lock On Flaming Cliffs 2).
As long as we have some damn good cooperation in the community, this is doable. Teamspeak would help also. I've actually already considered making a machinima for this server, but I have little knowledge on how to remove the HUD display or get rid of the fscking LUA errors, but surely one of you gentlemen know more about Gmod than I. Until three weeks ago, I just played Gmod to kill NPCs and play defense games with friends online. Disregard this, I decided not to help as of recent events. Have fun doing this on your own.

I had more shots of BoS, but got rid of them since I was too lazy to edit them at all.

I wouldn't use them, only in-game shots.
I agree. Editing the pictures detracts from the genuinity of the whole product....
That and it'd be really dick to show them something of cinema quality and then just give them Gmod graphics.
We can use a FEW really nice pics for like a post header, but we need to use real, unedited screenshots to not get thier hopes up then dash them.
Don't you guys hate it when you see previews or a trailer for a game, but then the game never lives up to the trailer, or even comes to the graphics you expected?
Let's try not to do that :(
We do need a new splash screen for when people are loading into the server. It still has a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. screen when people enter the game. We need a nice Fallout-esque splash screen instead.

I agree. Anyone can pose anything and while the posing looks good it doesn't show the server.
Most screenshots are about to become absolute when i add the new fallout health hud.
I have a semi-reputable fp account (Not anything special or something, but I post on the server sections alot.) I can post the thread for you possibly.

A new HUD would be really nice. I dislike the current one but it works.
