1.) He climbed a ladder (Which i heard) so i began typing then he turns the corner and i wasnt done yet so i just stoppped it all and pulled up my gun (Bad on my part) So admin tells us to re-do it and he restarts from ontop of the roof instead of the bottom of the ladder.

2.) He uses "Turns the corner and pulls a gun on the man" Now i don't think the first thing you do when you turn a corner is pull a gun on a man, in the middle of a town, when that man has a shot gun and you have a pistol. (I know that they are both guns yada yada, but a shotgun is more intimidating.)

3.) He just RPs picking up the gun then runs off, giving me no time to try and slow him down. Yes, i was shot. But everyone forget about an adrenaline rush, that thing keeps you going even through pain if it is enough. So if i hate that guys guts, and i want to kill him any way possible, ill give my life jumping on him to slow him down. But no, he wouldn't let me do that and he just runs off with my gun.

[/size]4.) Not shown in the logs, but when me and my friend were searching for him (We both were armed with shotguns) he comes and holds me hostage. What. the. fuck? If all you have is a pistol, and you see two guys with shotguns you run like hell. Now the only two possible reasons would be: A.) he is mentally insane (IC) but that is not the case since an insane person would have killed me. or B.) he has the biggest fucking balls on the entire planet, as in so large they could could for a continent. and he doesn't. So neither of those work.

2.) I knew you were in the town, and had my gun raised, and I was specifically looking for you, that and the town IS hostile to me, so why would I NOT have my gun raised?

4.) When I held you hostage, the other guy who you said was, "You're friend", was in Teamspeak with me talking about it, and was completely fine with it.

You where not typing at all yo where just idling I flew past you and didn't see "Performing" or "Talking" or any of that over your head. You litterally just raised your gun instantly with no attempt to RP.

If you have the balls to walk into the town of people that hate you, and you don't want to get your ass shot he would pull his gun out on you. Though Plungers IC reasons for going to town I have to check, I don't know WHY he would deliberately go into his enemys town just to rob people in it, so if your argument is Fear RP then that may be where you would start, not with the "He raised his gun before me, he wouldn't do that cause I have a shotgun!"

So your saying, even with a gunshot wound to an area that houses TONS of organs, that you would not be dead/dieing, and that you wouldn't feel pain and that you could totally run and jump off a roof to tackle him? Sorry but adrenaline isn't some mystical wizard magic in the human bloodstream that allows you to shrug off bullets, the picking up of your gun to aim it at the door was acceptable, but the argument that you would be able to run and jump on him is not, the Chest is not some bullet proof empty cavity. Now it would be a different case if he shot you in the shoulder, however you and him agreed that you where shot in the CHEST.

Well. . . he's sure isn't going to let you find his ass so that you can shoot him anyway, is he? What he did was he climbed into the rafters when you guys came looking for him, when you guys walked in looking for him, you didn't look up or spot him, sohe had the drop on you, literally, and he was able to hop down and take you hostage.
