Much to my pleasure, Kropfi has taken initiative (without my asking, which is the best part) to overhaul the NCR. This includes:
- Creation of a decent backstory (already done).
- Strictly putting an end to the OOC screwing off / other stupidity that has made them a mockery.
- Cleaning up the roster so it's no longer a sea of officers and sergeants and fits a more realistic setup.
If you have any constructive critique (as in no insult spewing) or potential suggestions, navigate to the NCR board and let them know. I for one am pleased to hear this turnaround.

Backstory credit goes to Poler! I just told him to do it! lol. Anyhow, Step three is the Roster. We'll be working on it shortly.
Roster is edited slightly. Removed some ranks, and reset most people to private just for simplicity, I'll add Sergeants as I see fit. (This means, good RP gets you places.)_=
