FRA closed shop

Following suite with the BOS lock down the FRA will be in a full closure for the next two weeks. By this I mean no members should go outside the base AT. ALL. there are zero exceptions to this and if anyone is to leave the base you will sign your own death warrant if you just walk out. This applies to all FRA members past Cutch, Myself, Misha, and dean.

We don't do much past sit in rusty town regardless so this shouldn't be a major issue and very easy to enforce.
