Okay hopefully this is the right spot I didn't see a fallout spot so if this is a wrong spot please move it. Anyway I want to know why my character is banned on the Fallout rp server what did I do and could I get unbanned please my.

Do you recall any events in the past few days that could have caused it?
Whoever banned you should have logs of what happened, so nothing really you can hide.
How long was this ban? If it was like two days, wait it out. If it is a perma, use this and file an un-ban request:

Yes I do recall what happened the past few days I did nothing bad to get banned and it just said my character was banned didn't say how long
That your CHARACTER was banned? That's a bug.

Admins can't help you. This is a glitch and as far as I know there's no way to unban a char like this. /charunban doesn't work. Turkey had this problem earlier and I couldn't help him.
