Short Desc: We are a semi independent state under Aridell.
Background: Tor was founded due to the massive homeless population of local Aridell refugees. It was independent until Governor Moodie declared it as a state due to it's founders being Ex-Arids. It is built around the area where Caephyran once stood.

Just as a note I'm posting this for Tyler as he has yet to make an account. He has been on the server almost as long as me so about 2 months. I talked to him in game and IRL and asked him extensively about this so I hope this is fine. Thus if the faction is approved forward the balance to tylerscott119 and not me DasHeadCrap. P.S.
