Rioting on Xenon IV

Joseph:After restless peaceful protest, rioting has erupted in the streets all over Xenon IV, a small, vegetation covered planet home to the native humanoid species Porisises. A month ago, the XEM had cut the education and industry budgets by more than 50%, causing public discontent with the governing group as several jobs were lost and children left without schools to go to. Today we have John Grinham on the ground in the populous city of Hebron.

The camera switches to a man standing in a ruined city, protesting citizens behind him being pushed back by Close Endeavors riot police.
John:Yes, Joseph, as you can tell we have several civilians, both Human and Porisises rioting against Close Endeavors riot forces at the XEM planetary office.
A molotov cocktail flies through the air, hitting one of the Close Endeavor soldiers. The cocktail is returned with tear gas as the rioters disperse in the streets.
John:It appears that the riot has escalated into anarchy as the CE attempt to regain ground.
The camera man murmurs to the reporter, "We should probably get out of here." As they begin to pack up and the transmission is lost.
