Biography:

   ~Eric Wolfe, born on the planet Vexador, was always a cocky, risk-taker, even from his childhood. As Eric was constantly moving with his father, Adrian Wolfe, who commanded a fleet of warships of the Vexadorian Republic. Even on his father's ship, Eric was gambling and being a general smartass. When he was of age, his father took him in to help on the flagship, "The Maverick", as an engineer. He wasn't very fond of working in small, grimy places within the ship, but he had to get used to it, and eventually did. As he aged, Eric grew fond of his job, enjoying working with his father and living up to his family name. His life was steady, and not much changed from every day life as an engineer, except for the occasional malfunctions which everybody despised. But on one faithful day, something happened, much worse than an engine malfunction.

   While the crew of "The Maverick" were carrying on with their daily lives, something entered the airspace of the Vexadorian Republic, a large Veratican fleet, twice the size of the V.R's defense. Almost immediately after they were spotted, the Vexadorian Defense Force Fleet, Echo 16, Which consisted of "The Maverick", and 4 other smaller, but armed, warships, were taking direct hits from the Veratican's ships. Unfortunately, Eric was near the engine room at the time, which just took a direct hit, him and another engineer took the force of the blast like a ton of bricks. Though injured, but still alive, the two engineers quickly decided to get out of there before another shell hit it again. A large elevator was the only way out, which was obviously out of service. So they started their ascent up the emergency ladder.

   A loud bang sounded near the bridge, where Eric's father was currently at. The bang was loud, but sounded differently of the shells being fired at them. Not moments later, Veratican Guardsmen flooded into the room, firing at the several crewman trying to fend them off. The Imperials eventually overwhelmed the crewman, and made their way to Admiral Wolfe, nothing could be done, the guardsmen took the flagship as if it were unmanned. As the Admiral looked down a barrel of a rifle, the only thing he could think about was ever seeing his son again, which wouldn't happen. As a shot pierced the air of the bridge, Eric's father lay dead, a bullet between his eyes.

   As Eric made his way through the cold steel corridors, he neared the bridge, which he realized was overrun when he saw the guardsmen putting bullets into the crewmen populating it. He knew his father was gone when he saw the Imperials exiting out of the Admiral's room at the front end of the bridge. There was no time for tears, he had to get off the ship as soon as he could. Eric turned around and made a mad-dash to another end of the ship, through burning rooms and scorched hallways, he finally made it to his destination, the emergency pod bay. There were few left, but Eric and the other engineer, William, boarded the pod, and started the jettison sequence. The pod detached from the ship, and flew through the void of space. He looked through the small porthole on the pod, where he could see the entire fleet set alight, explosions erupted from several points around "The Maverick", ultimately putting it out of commision, along with it's crew.

   The pod hurled through space, nearing a large, tan-colored planet. As they entered the dry atmosphere of the planet, the pod burned down the sky like a comet. The pod struck the surface and bounced off the sand a few times before lodging itself within a huge dune. Eric opened his eyes, only to see William dead, his head bled violently from where it struck the side of the pod. He opened up the hatch and stepped outside, only to find himself tumbling down a dune, under a hot sun. He could see a town a way off in the distance, so he started toward it. His new life would begin here, on Desertia...
