Reason: I would like to be part of C.E. because- I am quite fond and knowledgeable of US Military procedures and I also have a in-depth interest in anything Military related, and have had the interest since I was a boy. Being a current serving member of the US Army Reserves, I have quite a bit of more in-depth knowledge I can bring to the table for RP and that I can explain and teach to others who may not understand it, that's the stuff I -can- share anyway. Although PMC groups can sometimes be seen as a bit... under-appreciated, I would still like to but my effort into it.

Biography: Marcus Hughes was born at a space port just out of the Kuiper belt in the Earth system. He was raised on the station with his scientist family until the age of 11 when the family decided to take the next Colony Frigate bound for a sector near the current galactic edge with the task of offloading a new population to a planet classed, ZXD-1592-F. Unofficially named, Eltor. He waved goodbye to other children he had known since he was a child and embarked on a journey into the sea of stars. The ship left port with a minor escort, which pulled away as the ship began to warp. Some time passed while this happened, coming in and out of jumps, resupplying at other stations and colonies the likes the young boy had never dreamed he'd see. The ship however was attacked by pirates shortly after leaving its final warp. The ship had little to know point-defense weapons on the exterior hull and this insecurity allowed the vagrants to easily get aboard, inside the security details were quickly overrun while herding the civilians into escape craft. Marcus was safe however, and his mother and father as well. Their shuttle launched like a torpedo from the aft of the frigate and took off into the dark void like a burning star. The fate of the other survivors will never been known to him and his family, but his parents prayed for their safety.

 Time seemed to drag on even as the shuttle rocketed at untold speeds, the family of 3 that occupied the craft kept their use of rations to a minimum, not knowing when, or if, they'd ever be found. Only a few weeks past before the craft was detected and secured by a patrol fleet from a nearby planet. The family was saved and cared for as they waited with the patrol fleet until they returned to their port. Upon returning the family had found a new home, not what they planned on but it was still something. The planet was nicknamed Rahtyer and had itself a bustling, hard-working, and happy population, the Hughes family spent a few years living quaintly.

 Marcus had come to the age of 19 he worked some odd jobs on Rathtyer to help bring in some extra money for his mother and father. He worked on the shipping docks at one of the major spaceports planet side, known as Junius. The security teams taught him how to use a basic M9 pistol in case something ever went wrong at the spaceport, but they assured him, nothing EVER went wrong at Junius. He got word of the planet Desertia, in the Xenon system. He knew he had to begin pulling his weight to help provide for his mother and father, so he decided to get himself to the planet however he could. Rumors were it was a backwater dump, but a goldmine of a dump at that. He found a transport that would head off to Desertia and he got himself on board, what he found was a bunch of mining equipment, Older model things, and also a log concerning the trip time. He was shocked, the Xenon system was even farther out than Eltor had been. He was in for a long ride, luckily the new engines would get there in a matter of a few days, and he came prepared. It was almost his birthday too, he'd be the age of 20 a day before the ship was scheduled to arrive to drop off the supplies, but it would be the last for sometime.

 It landed and he got himself out without being seen by some dumb luck and made his way towards a small colony set to deliver the supplies to miners. He had walked around the town for a few days, making some new friends before he knew he really needed to find something to do so he could make a living. Upon seeing a man dressed in a Military uniform, he happened up to him, after a small talk, the man showed Marcus to a building which he guessed was their operations base. Inside he was asked if he would like to put in an application to see if he may be accepted. Marcus agreed with the man knowing anything would be good at this point...

We have three other C.E.s other than myself that seem to recommend this person. I am also recommending this guy for his military experience I am also recommending him out of his role play experience. However before I come up with a final decision on my end, I want to see how his character reacts in combat.
