Crussaria bug or not?

Was doing my duties as a guard and picking up stuff when the person dropping crap everywhere dropped ore and it flew at me and almost killed me. My health isn't gaining at all and has been the same for the past 20 mins I was on waiting for it to regen. Was wondering if it's supposed to be no regen anymore or what?

I dunno, maybe they turned off health regen for a while like in Fallout RP, try eating some food ingame.
