You can do the calculation on your calculator OR you can use http://steamidfinder.com (http://steamidfinder.com).
Feedback is much appreciated - I'm working on a rewrite as we speak so I can easily add features at this point.

Nevermind, seems to work.
No different than doing this:
Let X,Y, and Z be defined by the Steam ID: STEAM_X:Y:Z
Let W be defined by the Steam Community ID: steamcommunity.com/profiles/W
<math>W = (Z \times 2) + 76561197960265728 + Y\,</math>

Also, if you find that it doesn't work, most likely you're attempting to enter your steam name - rather than your custom URL.
Just go to your steam directory and then to your steam.log file ít's really that easy.
