Long lists are always tl;dr, especially when you list over two series that have more then two seasons.
Black Lagoon if you like black humor, badd assery, gun play and gray morality.

Jin-roh is a short ~2 hour OVA that's got a pretty good plot and setting. Again, guns, bad ass but it also has alot of political stress and lnfluences so INVISIBLE WARS
