Ok, so I was watching the first episode of this anime last night and I really liked it.
It's about this boy who goes to the afterlife, a place where you can't die, but can be erased/reborn.
I find that interesting and on watching it further it reveals that there is a group that is trying to kill an Angel that runs the Afterlife. I mainly like the anime because of the visual effects, the character development and the music.
But the only thing that bugs me that the Angel has a weapon that is exactly like the blade that Edward Elric has in 'Fullmetal Alchemist'.
Stop while you are ahead. Action was okay, visuals were good (especially the concerts), the music is good but holy shit the story falls flat on it's ass. It has so many cool story elements to work with and... It either doesnt use them or completely goes the oppisite direction. The ending was so fucking bum fuck retarded that my jaw was open the whole time on the retardstion level of the closure. YOU GET NOTHING! NOTHING IS EXPLAINED!

Yeah the story is not quite there in angel beats. At parts it has a story and starts off well but it ends on a note that leaves a sour taste on your tongue. Tachibana, Kanade was a very interesting character. One of my favorites to play on the warcraft 3 hero arena's because of her abilities.

Lol. There are only three characters I like in the anime: Angel, TK and Iwasawa. I like Angel because she's antisocial, Iwasawa because she is in a school band and TK because HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH IN THE JAPANESE DUB! xD

Did you really enjoy the ending? Its on par with lost for a wtf thats the ending feel.
Well, to be honest, I was a bit dissapointed with the ending. It could of been a bit longer. But it was actually really sad to see Kanade disappear and leave Otanashi alone; I almost cried actually, dare I say.
Now I've moved to watching K-ON!! Mainly uppon a friend's request. I'm up to episode 9 and I already love the main character's high-pitched and squeaky voice. I find it cute; and combined with her air-headedness, it just makes that character priceless! :3
