Not too shabby. If it were me, I would make the area around the bloodsucker less blurry and more focused, while the background would be blurry and shaky.
The blood is a nice touch, but it looks a little 2 dimensional. Overall the quality and appearance is good, but the effect seems off. Personally, I'm not good at working with blood spatter. Very nice work however, it's a great edit.
