QuoteEssentially this game is Amnesia and aliens combined, there's just one alien, hostile humans on a messed up station, the graphics are very well optimized and beautiful but there are a few minor bugs like the fact that lip-syncing is practically non-existent and i have noticed a few audio glitches in a few locations but other than that it's very well made. To the extent where you dread what's around the next corner.

what kind of an autist thinks that saving should be part of the gameplay

rather dull game tbh. not spooky at all but i kinda liked the sound i guess.

uninstalled after an hour.

Not all games use the esc + save option. This is not a bad game mechanic in my opinion, it causes you to conserve your saves and is more immersive. You told me you only got to the 4 human part, before you even see the alien properly ( Although she does appear if your slow at the transit bit ) So you have not yet experienced the horror of the alien stalking you or androids bashing your skull into the floor.

Amnesia and the Penumbra games were immersive and actually spooky.

Everyone is allowed an opinion, even if it is wrong. Like Jake's :3

Nah but in seriousness, I plan on getting the game soon because it gets lots of good reviews via lots of people on steam.

let me guess you say that because of these "lots of good reviews via lots of people on steam" yet you havent played the game yourself no i mean fine if you like the following:
-shit-tier AI, especially the one concerning the alien itself
-the alien is invincible
-he will rubberband around you at ALL times and has psychic powers so spooky
-archaic saving system
-the game and level design doesnt give sufficient hints, so you end up dying often because you just have to go through the game trial and error style and fyi this is bad design
-being in crouch all the time and having to move as fast as a snail on sandpaper the whole game or you die
-as an auxiliary point to above, the snail's pace is accompanied with a meh story so there are no redeeming factors
-running is useless, dont even try, and even then it feels like the character is wearing an inflated pressure suit

50 euros for this average game? lol

Got it, currently played seven hours into it. Game is scary as hell, even the androids are freaky.
