From what I can perceive since I arrived they mainly consist of:

Banned failchildren
Banned older members
Pissed off older members
Banned members
Pissed off members
A bunch of bot forum accounts
A bunch of secondary forum accounts
And then a bunch of people who just either got tired or just forgot about HGN.

And then a bunch of people who just either got tired or just forgot about HGN. 3000 over 6 years.

10 + 10 + 10 + 50 + 2 + 50 + 3000 = 4132

6743 - 4132 = 2609 active people.
