You came off quite missing the point, which doesn't surprise me at all considering my past experience with Terraria administration and your previous post. I'm not sure whether that kind of behavior I was just met with comes from bad reading or ignorance, but I'll assume that it's the former for the sake of not getting into another pointless trench war. You decided to rephrase some of the exact things I said, great, but why? The '1 hit 1 kill' idea was obviously a hyperbole, but I won't be astounded if someone had that in mind for their character. It took you over a year to observe a situation to find and recognize very obvious mistakes. None of the administrators even bothered to repair or even address it! The point system combined with player rank(bronze, silver, gold) is going to generate elitism and encourage favoritism just because! That's not some sort of assumption of mine, but a fact. If an administrator thinks that some player deserves better position/rank/gear and he/she has access to abilities that can guarantee these rewards, then it's likely that it's going to be handed out to players that have better relations with the administrator, because in their opinion, it's justified and the player deserves it. Your 'accusations' of me 'pointlessly' accusing you of improper leadership aren't very helpful.
The fact that the first, and last things you said were only about 'ignoring any feedback/criticism' makes me extremely doubt the legitimacy of Caphori's leadership, because I hear that pretty much all the time when I question your methods.

SWRP won't be up because the development of HGN is saturated at the moment and its playerbase is not ready for another project.

We avoid the favouritism by having a large team of moderators who can discuss it between each other and the players in the community, we will see what the consensus is between everyone, if a moderator sees blatant ass kissing to another moderator then they will usually become more suspicious of kisser of asses (see the character Eddy), this fact that we have many trusted players means that if one moderator is blinded by friendship another moderator can step in. That is how we tackle the problem of favouritism.


The point which I was making was not that you shouldn't point out flaws but that you should back up your arguments with either evidence or a specific place for us to improve on (or a way to improve that) such as how you have done here by focusing on elitism.


The last thing I said was for you to please make your criticism useful to us by providing specific information on what is wrong, instead of claiming everyone is OP and that are systems are wrong without detailing it, which you did in this post and congrats. The first thing I said was fixing the flaws in your statements as half of them were complete BS and the other half were just outdated since before the wipe, you cannot analyse our characters and their RP ability just by glansing over at the Caphori forum once in a while, just like I couldn't make the assumption that all stalker players are terrible as shown by the fact that I looked there once and I saw a poorly written character sheet.

I'm speaking from my own experience, most of which comes from Garry's Mod over the course of 5 years. If you compare what I said to GMod RP then you'll find it to be true because the priorities in that environment are such as I described - 1)gear,  2)admin, 3)rp and the player adapts to this environment. By adding a system that makes you climb a ladder of power, you will enforce elitism by rewarding behavior that you think is correct and roleplay becomes less important. Now I'm not sure whether that also goes for every roleplay environment outside of GMod but it's about the time you find out that I don't have Terraria and I've never played on Caphori. This doesn't mean I've never seen RP outside of gmod but my point is that you shouldn't see criticism, of any kind, as meaningless, because it's hardly the case unless you're being trolled, which wasn't the case here. I told you what I thought and you instantly began to dig the trench as soon as you heard it's something relatively negative. My opinion was met with hostility and you expect something better in return? I'm not the one that is supposed to look over Terraria and you should know all this better.
