it's parody aimed at CoD series, scripted shooting events, the ranks, the over dramatical slowmotion scenes, the always expensive and fat cloth wearing bosses etc.
Game is downloadable for free on Xbox 360.

Yeah it's out for PC too.

For some reason the Bulletstorm devs didn't realse the Bulletstorm demo on PC even though there is one for the Xbox and PS3. Ffs going from Xbox to PC takes like 15 minutes what is there excuse?
