Server Rules

Rules:

The following rules apply to the Metro RP server, and are subject to change.

1. Meta-Speak:

Players on the Metro RP server will attempt to use appropriate spelling, and grammar to the best of their abilities. Warnings will be given to people talking in 1337 speak, using smilies, and other inappropriate forms of communication.

2. Meta-Gaming:

Players will not give out IC information pertinent to current role-play events in OOC formats such as Global OOC in server, Steam chat, Teamspeak, and other forms of communication. Players will also not use IC information given OOC'ly to their own ends.

3. Personal Vendettas/Player Abuse:

Players will not directly attack other community members, players will not single out fellow community members, and racial slurs or other forms of verbal abuse are forbidden while on the server, this applies to Teamspeak as well.

4. Random Deathmatching:

Players will not kill another player using SWEPs without a legitimate IC reason unless both parties consent.

5. Stealing/Destroying:

Players will not steal, or destroy other players property or items unless role-played accordingly. Keep in mind we have logs on these kinds of actions as well.

6. Permanent Kills/Permanent Injuries:

Players will either get approval through the proper channels, or the consent of the victim before inflicting a permanent kill or permanent injury on another player.

7. In-Character Age:

Players will not create characters under the age of eighteen on the server.

8. Nationality:

Players will seek admin approval before creating a character from a nationality other than Eastern European, and are expected to have a back story ready.

9. Admin Word:

In most cases the admins have the final say in a matter, if their decision is questionable please make a proper complaint about it on the forums, not over in server OOC.
