No menu appears. Please help me.

Yesturday i was playing on the server and everything was fine. Today after the loading bar, no menu appears (like this):

Then i opend the console, and i noticed that there are ignored files, or something like that.. cant fix it on my own.

Probably your cl files didn't download.
