Weapon sounds problem.

Alright, So after I reinstalled Garry's Mod a couple of times because the Mounting feature was faulty. I rejoined S.T.A.L.K.E.R Roleplay. I used my AK-74M, no sound when fired, and yes it did actually fire but then I could hear it if someone else fired said gun. Same with the LR300, I fire it, No sound and if someone else fires it, Then I hear it.

Anyone else experiencing such a problem? And any help would be appreciated in fixing this matter.

This is happened to quite a few people after a recent Gmod update, including myself. The only way I fixed it (As well with many other Sweps) is to install the content as both an Addon and into the actual Gmod folder.

For this, I deleted garrysmod/garrysmod. Reinstalled the content pack. It worked.

I think what may have happened is scripts are no longer supported in addons. Im sure if you copied the folder "scripts" to both addons and garrysmod it would work fine.
