OOC: Global roster of every loner that wishs to be put onto it, anyone can be put onto it, only way to be removed is by committing "Traiterous" acts against the Loner community, I.E: Killing a Loner, Robbing a Loner or selling out to other factions (Bandits, Mercenaries etc etc) or being PK'd.
