Textures missing and error signs

I've downloaded all of the content, Still seeing red and black/purple and error signs like crazy. At first hte purple/black wasnt that bad but then i downloaded all the content again and installed it now everything is messed up lol

edit: downloading ep2 stuff, ill update later
