As some of you might know, we have a very large content pack coming to us in the near future.
In this content pack we are going to have new things such as:
-New and Refined Models, over 140 new models, compressed and redone for a small filesize.
-A few Script Bugfixes
-Beautiful Large Map, including several new locations, about 2 times the size of the current map.
You can consider the content pack a new chapter in Stalker roleplay, since once the pack is released, the database holding character information is going to be wiped.This means that all the characters you had in the past will be gone, as well as all the items, feel free to make them again once the server is up however. Factions willalso be wiped, we encourage you at this time to try something new in terms of factions. I am going to be leaving Freedom, whom I have been with for my entire time at Stalker Roleplay.
We are doing this so you may meet new people and experience new roleplay with different factions and groups. You're also encouraged to make more creative characters that have a specific roleplay trait, for example my new character will be mean, have a bald head, as well as a prosthetic leg.
Having creative roleplay characters makes RP fun for you,as well as others even more so than usual. The other reason we are doing a wipe is because some people have a ridiculous amount of
items and money attained through draconian methods.
If you are one of these people If you are one of these
people I would suggest not cheating your way into wealth again, because this time you will be caught.Hopefully
with this whipe people will be happier with RP, and factions will be more balanced.

Well community administrators will decide who gets to stay as current leaders of a faction, but some people are going to be losing their jobs.
I am going to be taking post of mili leader of the wipe.
This is good to hear so that way once the pack is released people won't be like "OMFG WTF HAPPENED?! WHERE'S MAH CHAR.?!" So yeah and hopefully we can all make really good characters with nice background stories.

But honestly, I just could never do anything else besides trading. It's practically what I live for in any game I play. Combat was never my thing, but I always had a good hand at trading. I'll try to take my trader *IF I am even allowed to be one again* more in depth, and try to bring him to life.
Does that mean there will be a chance for new leaders in the factions? or will it more than likely be most of the old ones again? because i cant wait to get back to duty.... untill i have to kiss ass to rise the ranks again :-\

Tool trust is being wiped according to a few different people. Not like that is hard to apply for or anything though.
And I'm keeping my same character, I don't see why you couldn't. The wipe is to fix the economy since we have like 50 exos running around with 5000000000000000000000 rubles and shit like that so I don't see why you can't use the same character with the same backstory.

Tool Trust has nothing to do with stalker roleplay in a general sense except that it applies to utilizing it in the roleplay.

It's mostly to remove aload of bad datafiles, items and loose characters, feel free to remake your characters, their past is not wiped.

Considering that's it's a new map the paste at original location won't work so either be ready to have pin point accuracy or make the bases again.
I just wanted to Keep My Chopper :/ I have it duped couse i cant keep asking admins for it.. You know i have to get a new one eac time i got throught a Sector.. It gets kinda annoying.

Well this is a brand new pack, so if you deleted all the other things you will have to download the one being released. It has everything in working order to make your SRP experience easier to start.

The content pack works PERFECT. If you want, Delete your Gmod and install the pack. I installed it, Pasted over everything i have. BUT REMEMBER ITS NOT AN ADDON (For some reason, beats me)

Things will conflict from old pack, and need to be overwritten.
It's easy to make it an addon though.
I recomend making it an addon, and whenever an update coems out overwrite all previous files incase the new update is missing something.l
