I'm leaving DUTY leader for the obvious reasons being me = inactive. I don't have the time to lead this faction properly, and I never wanted it in the first place. This is for the greater good.
Misha/meetdadoom will be taking over for however long he feels will be appropriate, and may stay as leader if he's comfortable with it. I've talked with several people and this seems to be the best course of action.
