Regarding the recommendation requirements.

It states that for a PK you require three BA+ recommendations.  Or for a PI it requires two SA+ recommendations.  Does this mean that it makes no difference what type of admin you ask, there just has to be three in all, or would say two SA's recommendations be equal to three BA's.  Or maybe one just HA needed.  I ask because it is just a common trend in other apps requiring recommendations and was unsure whether or not it applied here.

I sent KillSlim a PM about this but figured I'd post here as well, see what everyone else thinks:

I think 3 BAs is too many, especially if you need to CK someone RIGHT NOW (see my post in the QA Thread).  I would suggest dropping it to maybe 2 BAs or 1 SA (provided the SA is neutral to both parties, IE you wouldn't be able to ask for my approval for a Duty PK or PK on a Dutyer because I'm in Duty but you would be able to ask say Plunger for a Duty CK assuming Freedom isn't one of the involved parties). The reason being that KillSlim worked hard putting all this together to make CKs easier to obtain and thus prevent people from gaining 500000000 rubles and 89 exos but the high number of admins required still makes this tricky, especially if you plan to CK someone during an off time when no admins are on but you and your target are. I realize this is more designed for the "I planned this out weeks in advance" crowd but I think there should be some sort of contingency for "Here and now" CKs/PKs/etc as well.
