I thought I would contribute my own sheet after seeing Astarathias. screen shotted from SoC,  I'll post the base, just copy and paste or save image as.

Plus I'll leave a small example thing.

This is based on how well known you are in the zone, for example:

Poor
vague
good
very good
excellent
legendary (yes, as a rank and as people percieve you, i would count Blaze as Legendary, yes you Radek..)

meh, it still provides an organised sheet.

I wasnt to fond of the spacious feel hers gave me.

What..? I mean it was too spacious, the squared were like an inch or two apart on my screen, the PDA is much more organised.
