Planning to either hand her Berill onto Joel for a stash in his base, or pawning it off to the zone for money.

Reason for needing the item your request: Dimitri has been in the Zone for quite a while now and has managed to get some money in his hands. He is aiming for some bigger jobs now and to get some protection against the Zone he now desires a SEVA-suit to give that protection to him, whilst doing work to various employers. So Dimitri went around asking for someone to be able to supply him one, failing at first, to find one. So, depressed Dimitri has a talk with Rebecca Owens and during that conversation 'Kat' mentions he knows a trader who can supply a SEVA to Dimitri, 'Lion', and they set out to find this 'Lion' that 'Kat' mentioned, finding him in the DUTY bar at the DUTY base near Yanov station. After a bit of bargaining they agree to a price and Dimitri pays, ending him with a SEVA suit.

Reason for needing the item your request: Considering the SEVA suit to be a veritable godsend in an environment such as the Zone, Hydra has specifically targeted the item due to his previous experience in wearing it, providing moderate protection from armed conflict and superb performance versus anomalous formations, as well as being protective against several mutants intending to bludgeon him to death (based on its impact statistic from SoC). Seeing no reason to try anything new, he is amassing his former range of equipment in order to restore himself to his former 'glory', as it were, resuming the status quo from his perspective, and to allow him to be more capable in his field of moderate expertise, artifact 'hunting'.

Reason for needing the item your request: Rain is experienced in Stalking. He has been in the Zone for as long as he remembers. Wandering alone for what to him felt like years, he eventually wandered his way into Dead Sector and met with one of his old friends whom was working for the Ecologists. Realizing that he needed to make a use of himself once more and help possibly the only man he could trust, Rain made a deal with the Devil. Meeting up with a man who offered him a loan of a huge amount of money, he took the chance. Realizing that he might not have much time anyways, he took the chance. Bringing his loaned money to Duty to invest in a suit to not only make himself useful, but offer a quicker alternative to paying back the loanshark of the Zone, Rain quickly removed the faction patches, eager to bring it to a technician to get the colors themselves changed. Weilding the powerful capabilities of an Exoskeleton, Rain hopes to pay back the loanshark or spend the last three months of his life helping other Stalkers - Their money was only a bonus to him, helping him pay off his huge loan.

Though his current bodyarmour the CS-1 is very much adiquate for most zone raids, such armour does not provide all around protection nor does it provide a closed-respiratory module like the SEVA.

He's applying and Tom's moderating it for him. It's so he doesn't just give himself item permission for a SEVA arbitrarily (Even though he's the one who deems people "Trustworthy" of owning an item, really. I think Steven's right, too.)
