Alright, this will be the thread where i post loveable updates and features for the script. This script will take several months, and im really busy with college (I may even have to leave HGN for awhile because of College, idk yet)

System Descriptions

Save System: It will be working properly, no more bugs, random things going missing or at least i hope.

Inventory: Thanks to Wrinkles for Chenobyl Script's old inventory, we will be using the grid based system that was used there, you can drag things around in your inventory around the slots, it will also be weight based.

Stats: There are two types of Stats, player configurable stats, and character stats, Configureable are just your average "Stat points for strength or agility, basic things" and "Character Stats are changed by wearing different suits, and artifacts."

PDA: Well, i suppose it would be nice to have a PDA, but im not going to break my back to make one, but im not going to denie the point of having one, so, we shall see.

Features(Smaller Things)

Second Title: (For all your descriptive needs !)
Stalker Like Hotkeys: (I for Inventory, maybe F for interaction?)
Gambling: Roll a Dice, You might get lucky.
Weapon Slots: If i can do it, it will allow you to equipt one Primary and one Secondary weapon only, at a time, so people cannot have mutliple weapons out, and not pay a price.
Neutral NPC's Just something i might do, like have a few npc's in the bar, sitting around, like that guy who talks about his friend dieing, and what not.

Just some things that i think could help with the thought process

Major Systems

New Save System (Bug Free) - Maybe make the save system Text based? to save Small Txt's on the server that state what flags they have, items, cash, etc?

New Inventory - Sounds good, i prefer a list rather than a huge picture montage, a Linear separated list (with categories such as Weapons/Ammo/Food/ etc would be nice.

Stats - Can be good and bad, Kuro had stats and it became a major annoyance cause people were farming stats and then could sprint massive distances and outrun anyone.

PDA? - YOur PDA is your F4 menu

Lesser Systems

Bleed System - Good if you get shot, what would be nice if something like DOD Sourcemod would happen, such as getting shot in the arm would drop your weapon, leg would make you walk/run slower.

NPCS - No idea, have some fun with it. Puesdog NPC's would be halla fun.

Anoms - Vortex Anoms would be fun. maybe make Anoms change palces time to time?

Sprint [80%] - yay no more flying banshees around the server, fatigue bar ftw.

Knockout - Good for when your makeing stealth moves, might be good for bloodsucker if he hits your friend and knocks out so then you ahve to drag your friend while defend yourself.

New WeaponBase -Yay! also can you fix the sounds? sometimes the sounds dont play when people shoot

Blowouts - Yay!
Stashes - Not too sure on this one.

How about a real stalker hud from something like OL? That would be fantastic or hey even a Clear sky hud with a working radiation meter.

A fun idea would be to make a random player have an order from the C-Concsinious. Like stealing a certain artifact, Killing a certain faction member/stalker.

In order to keep it private like kuro has he normally has two versions. Main copy on the server and a temp copy that downloads while your on the server, although its poorly done and skripted so that if you try and steal it from him you get a bunch of errors alot. (I tried) also if you can please, please please please fix the Bloodsucker Sweps, the CLoak is HORRID and glitches often. if you can make it to were when you have the weapon out it just cloaks you that would be great cause then we can just switch between Claws and cloak when we want it on or off.

Maybe look through hatmaker or something like that and for the weapons slots allow them to be actually shown on the character when they're not out.

Is the bleeding system going to be over powered like in the Taco scripts? If you start bleeding in Taco script, you're dead within 20 seconds.
Make it like, -1 Hp per 3 - 4 seconds like in Stalker.

Well, not to reference kuro fag again but what he did with ammo is that you couldn't use the item without "Loading" a weapon with ammo first. For example you would log on the server, then you would have to click on your ammo box, Load ammunition, then you would be allowed to equip your gun and it would have One clip in the gun, you would need multiple ammoboxes for another clip etc.

The main issues with this though was that when you logged off the server your ammo would disappear and you would have to buy brand new ammoclips cause the ammo would not save or re-itemize. Althoug im not a Perfect LUA scripter something like:

On disconnect check slots 1,2,3,4,5,6 for <Item Table Filter>
If SWEPS=true found Store weps inside inventory
Check ammo count per Swep if ammo active and idle <30 make 1 ammo can item per 30 rounds.
Create new items Ammo from <items table ammo> check Swep Calibur make new ammunuition on what types of Sweps were present.

If <Item Table Suits>=True check if equiped on char.
If Equipped create clone item from <item table Suits> and store to Char save file


Its not perfect and not in LUA but something of that process could be applied and perfected. But of course ammo saving is optional, but as a trader on Kurofags it came to my attention that it gave me alot to do and kept the players asking for jobs cause they kept haveing to buy ammo, wich should be true in some cases.

Speaking of Item saving, Kurofag did have a top notch item system, were in his LUA if you disconnected for any reason it would automatically Bag & store any weapons, Suits, or Artifacts that you had active or enabled making the people not have to beg for SA's to give refunds and tehy can enjoy their type RPing rather than admin stuff.

Im not sure about stats. You should make it like in STALKER SoC (different protects from anomalies, mutants etc.). PDA will be cool :P I think that you need add trade window also.

Ive considered Passive NPC's to help populate base area's, thats a maybe. As for hostile NPC's thats for sure, but how they will spawn, is still to be decided.

HMm, a good idea, If we make a PDA system, why dont we do the same like in SoC have Ranking and the such, only Traders and Admins can edit due to they give Jobs, any abuse means ban eh?

People who are clammering for more, remember SK is doing this by himself. People are already complaining how long this is taking and you want SK to add MORE to it?

Remember, 5 seconds to think about, 87 bazillion hours to actually code.

Personally all I want to see is the new inventory. Everything else can come later.

But then they will need to make him the same size as skeleton or otherway they are gonna have to make custom skeleton with custom anims >_>

I guess some NPCs wouldn't be so bad, as long as it doesn't spawn too much. A few automatically every once in a while wouldn't hurt, but too much can ruin passive RP. We could make it so that a few spawn during automatic events such as blowouts. Admins having the power to spawn NPCs would be nice as well.

A lot of the time, when there are too many NPCs, it becomes kill the NPC 24/7.

Thing is, when nothing is going on and every one is aimlessly wondering around a dam hard NPC can be fun concidering you could take a risk of loosing loot from dieing, example.

Blood sucker 1000 hp, powerfull attacks, make it so you need a group to kill a blood sucker then a lone man, remember in CS that dutier being taken away by the blood sucker, it needs to be exactly like that, if we have nothing going on and no traders, a player could go, "I am looking for blood sucker tenticals, someone bring me some and I will pay a handsome price", this would make players group up in rp and hunt for it concidering taking a risk of loosing items, it personaly can bring rp out when there is only 5 people on.

I'd lol so hard but yeah, that'd be a problem.  Could be fixed if they were only in designated areas but people'd still walk in to them exploring but it could still be a danger effect.

NPCs would be good, there is currently a NPC pack with a blood sucker in it. The AI of it is pritty good, it dosnt just run at you, it stay back abit invisible, then runs at you invisible, then becomes visible as it attacks. This would be cool to have a few spawners in the map as lonors wouldnt want to walk alone, and going out of a base could be a risk

On disconnect check slots 1,2,3,4,5,6 for <Item Table Filter>
If SWEPS=true found Store weps inside inventory
Check ammo count per Swep if ammo active and idle <30 make 1 ammo can item per 30 rounds.
Create new items Ammo from <items table ammo> check Swep Calibur make new ammunuition on what types of Sweps were present.

If <Item Table Suits>=True check if equiped on char.
If Equipped create clone item from <item table Suits> and store to Char save file


Its not perfect and not in LUA but something of that process could be applied and perfected. But of course ammo saving is optional, but as a trader on Kurofags it came to my attention that it gave me alot to do and kept the players asking for jobs cause they kept haveing to buy ammo, wich should be true in some cases.

Speaking of Item saving, Kurofag did have a top notch item system, were in his LUA if you disconnected for any reason it would automatically Bag & store any weapons, Suits, or Artifacts that you had active or enabled making the people not have to beg for SA's to give refunds and tehy can enjoy their type RPing rather than admin stuff.

Admitivly silver, think i would just go with the whole item saving... so we dont have to wait for god only knows how long, and end up loosing it due to much equipment in the inventory.

Is thier going to be some sort of weight mod, so people cant walk around with a ton of guns.

Once you fill up your inventory, you cannot place anymore in there.

Sounds great! Wish I could use it on my server, well I wish I could LUA script first and foremost. Creating a custom game mode really makes your server look pro. I have to commend you on that!
