I seriously think that Exile is trying to insist is that he wants somebody to re-upload the pack to a better hosting site, because it usually costs to usually host files off of sites.

Chances are, you will have to stick to the main mirror for the Megapack, as I seriously doubt anybody will be willing to host it.
You will have to put up with the small download rate, but it will be worth it in the long run.
